STELLA awards 2025: best hotel / resort renovation
We’re proud to celebrate a standout year. In 2025, numerous properties we partnered with, producing fully custom art collections tailored to their stories, were recognized with top renovation awards across the hospitality industry.
The gaylord pacific
Spanning 1600+ guest rooms and over a half-million square feet of public area, this art collection is truly epic. From life size humpback whales suspended in pre-function hallways to local artists prints in each guest room, the artwork tells a SoCal story.
35th goldman environmental prize
Local Language collaborated with two Bay Area artists - Brian Singer and Laura Hapka - on an art installation in the heart of San Francisco. The installation was created in partnership with Demonstrate x DDW, Proxy, and Friends of the Urban Forest.

In hospitality design, my company uses visual form, materiality and spatial storytelling to shape how guests move through the space. We treat physical design itself as a powerful, multimoldal marketing channel. -Stephanie Bunnell

In collaboration with Gensler and AvroKO, we developed and produced custom art collections that reflect each property’s distinct identity. Contributing to projects recognized at the highest level of hospitality design is both meaningful and inspiring!
International Hotel & Property Awards: omni pga frisco:
In collaboration with the Oakland-based creative collective, Local Language, the studio curated local artworks inspired by both the sport of golf and the captivating narrative of Texan ranchers.

We are thrilled to see Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU recognized! The thoughtfully curated art collection emphasizes local artists - and specifically ASU alumni - spanning sculpture, painting, and prints. Omni’s commitment to local artists truly activates this property.
