In collaboration with the in-house creative studio at Local Language, every piece in the property's exclusive art collection was thoughtfully designed to reflect the essence of this one-of-a-kind lakeside community on Lake LBJ.

Each of the 60 expansive, three-bedroom residences is part of a larger vision of refined, waterfront living just outside Austin, Texas. Local Language developed three distinct art collections, each inspired by a unique design narrative:

Coastal Living – Light, breezy, and effortless. This collection channels a relaxed beachside energy with soft textures, muted palettes, and art that evokes open skies and calming tides.
Hill Country – Rooted in the rich natural beauty of Central Texas, this theme incorporates organic materials, sculptural forms, and imagery inspired by oak trees, native flora, and rolling green hills.
Lakefront Nautical – A tribute to lake life. Bold colors, sailing motifs, hand-painted buoys, and dimensional works speak to adventure, movement, and the timeless rhythm of water.
