what happens to all that custom art?
Did you know that only 10% of artwork that is curated and created by our in house studio team makes it into a project, and quite a lot doesn’t even make the cut into your proposal?
Our team sources + curates numerous regional artists for each project location - some aren’t the right style and they are added to our independent artist *library for the future. But what about the literally thousands of custom artworks created by our in house studio that don’t end up printed and framed / fabricated and built?
These artworks are in our archive, tagged and filed, just waiting for the right project…
THESE ARE OUR DEEP CUTS…
UPSTATE NEW YORK: Home Sweet Home. We might be a West Coast studio but our team was excited when this project came in, a few of us grew up on the Hudson quite close to this property but alas, we were not awarded this project - hopefully we’ll get a chance to revisit the Hudson Valley on the next one. We certainly put our heart and {creative} soul into this narrative, a historic glimpse into the Dutch colonial past of New York’s Capitol Region.
We LOVE dimensional concepts, including unique framing methods. Designing + building custom frames is our not-so-secret sauce. Unique treatements help the artwork to engage guests and complete the story.
